ABOUT: Althea’s Fine Lingerie has been a client since 2018. Althea opened her downtown Milwaukee lingerie shop in 2016. She sells exclusively at her brick and mortar boutique.
BACKGROUND: The boutique’s most valuable asset is Althea. Our marketing has centered on creating the brand around her personality and expertise, from her humor to how show carefully selects merchandise.
THE RESULTS: We’ve been able to replicate Althea’s customer base through organic and paid marketing. We’ve also generated repeat customers through an intentional experience when they are in her shop.

While national and local retailers closed their doors or turned to online sales, Althea enacted safety measures for safe shopping. We emphasized self care and self indulgence in our messaging. Our intentional efforts resulted in three top sales months in the shop’s history and an increase over 2019 sales.
